The Land Bank study emphasizes the importance of transparent and participatory governance to prevent the negative impacts of centralization. In Banyuwangi, non-litigative mediation regarding forest area arrangement (PPTPKH) successfully drove the success of a national electronic certificate pilot project. From Tanzania, an analysis of dam construction demonstrates that Social Exchange Theory and public incentives are most effective in encouraging community participation. Meanwhile, the Kendeng Mountains conflict calls for a revision of the RTRW (Regional Spatial Plan) based on local wisdom to curb environmental degradation. In Karawang, the threat of land conversion to food self-sufficiency requires early detection based on Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). Finally, a study on land registration (PTSL) in North Sumatra advocates for joint-title certification to diminish patrilineal dominance and achieve gender equity.
